Episode Summary

One of the questions I get most often is. . . how do you do your hair? With all the sweats and workouts I do, people are surprised that I can go from gym to date night within a few hours with a fully styled head of hair. This episode was inspired by an Instagram DM question I received and it sparked me to record a show all about this question. During our evolution and mindset journey, it’s fun to explore new ways to up our physical game too to feel good! Here are a few things that I do to help me with my hair that compliment my health and body journey. . .

One of the questions I get most often is. . . how do you do your hair? 

With all the sweats and workouts I do, people are surprised that I can go from gym to date night within a few hours with a fully styled head of hair. 

This episode was inspired by an Instagram DM question I received and it sparked me to record a show all about this question. During our evolution and mindset journey, it’s fun to explore new ways to up our physical game too to feel good! 

Here are a few things that I do to help me with my hair that compliment my health and body journey. . . 

 

3 KEY STEPS THAT KEEP MY HAIR IN CHECK:

  1. Wash 2-3 times per week: I do not over wash my hair. 
  2. Sleep with my hair in a high cinnamon type hair bun: this helps keep my hair easy to style between washes 
  3. Dry my hair after a workout right away: this helps dry my hair after a sweaty workout so that it’s easier to style after a workout.
