For the last 20+ years I have been on a quest to find freedom in my life. I was lost for a long time and asked, “What else to life is there?” “There’s gotta be more…what is it?” Those questions led me on a 20+ year self development journey to find authentic happiness and freedom from the daily depression and ups and downs in my life. In this episode, I share how I learned this tool at a retreat 6 years ago and it completely changed my life. The first time I heard it, I thought “This is not right. These thoughts are ALL MINE.” I now know that they’re not mine. I bought them as mine and I bought them as real and true. The truth is I bought them from someone else when I heard them and continued to buy them over and over again. They’re not mine. And they’re not yours.

We are highly aware as human beings and we are picking up thoughts and feelings from others all the time.
What we call, Trust your gut, Your intuition and a Mother’s Intuition is what I call awareness. We all have it.
We all have awareness and we are aware of so many thoughts and feelings of others, we buy them as real and true and buy them as ours.
When we know that they’re not ours, we are then able to LIVE IN FREEDOM! How cool is that!?!
