Five years ago I got the Epstein-Barr Virus and was down for the count for three months. I was unable to work and function. I was completely on the defensive mode at this time. This virus taught me how to choose for me even when I’m feeling great! In this podcast I share with you who is currently on my pit crew. I see and speak to everyone in my pit crew at least once a month ( even when I’m feeling amazing ).
