Did you know that we are all of it. We are lazy and we are hard working. We can choose lazy and we can choose work. I had my monthly mastermind meeting with my female entrepreneur group and asked them, “What ideas do you have for a fitness challenge for my online fitness community that can deliver a quick win for my clients?” Unanimously they all answered with, “It’s not the doing when it comes to fitness. We all know what to do when it comes to changing our bodies. We lack the motivation. It’s the gap between knowing and doing that is lacking when it comes to changing our bodies.” they all said. YES! They are right. Absolutely! This conversation got me thinking. How do you get back up after you’ve been lazy? How do you get back up after you’ve been sedentary?

Unanimously they all answered with, “It’s not the doing when it comes to fitness. We all know what to do when it comes to changing our bodies. We lack the motivation. It’s the gap between knowing and doing that is lacking when it comes to changing our bodies.” they all said.

YES! They are right. Absolutely! This conversation got me thinking. How do you get back up after you’ve been lazy? How do you get back up after you’ve been sedentary?

 

How do you get back up after you haven’t worked out in a while: 

  1. GET REAL GIRLS! - Stop believing your lies. Stop lying to yourself. Get real and be open for your awareness for you!
  2. WRITE IT DOWN! - Plan your desires and write them down with a map. Put it into your calendar and plan it into your life. Get an accountability partner. 
  3. START SMALL AND STAY CONSISTENT!  - Go from A to B and not A to Z. Under promise and under deliver.
