How did I do it you asked? Here are the 6 things I did to get back up this year: 1. Know that I am not wrong for feeling the way I was/am feeling. 2. I know I am all of it. 3. Give myself grace, time and space 4. Ask a question and get genuinely curious 5. Make a choice and take action. Make a choice and take action. Repeat. Repeat. 6. I was/am open and willing to make another choice and change my mind.
