Jessica Burgio, known as "THE BEAUTY MENTOR" is a Life and Business Coach for the Beauty Industry. She is also a Salon owner and Founder of THE BEAUTY INSPIRES BEAUTY PODCAST!
Jess has been a successful entrepreneur since 2001 and is so grateful for all of the experiences the Beauty Industry has taught her, along with the amazing people it has brought into her life!! Her background includes a successful 20 year career as a hairstylist, coaching and mentoring stylists into having their own successful behind the chair business. She is slowly transitioning into coaching full time and loves nothing more than helping Beauty professionals achieve the life and business of their dreams!
As someone who has a huge health and fitness background, Jess is big on mental health and implementing self care practice into her clients lives. She knows first hand the demand the Beauty Industry requires and helps her clients develop tools and NON Negotiables to support themselves with. Her ultimate passion is connection and building a strong community within the Industry, which she does through her BEAUTY BUSINESS MENTORSHIP, The PODCAST and The Beauty INsiders Brunches.
